We’re so excited to get your Rumbly order on its way to you 💜

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed, unless otherwise noted.

Subscription boxes renew and begin shipping on the 4th of each month according to your subscription schedule.

Please note that processing times refer to the time needed to prepare and hand off your order to the shipping carrier, and do not include transit time.

Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Estimated delivery within 7–14 business days after shipment depending on carrier processing, customs clearance, and final destination.

Please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays outside of our control once handed off to the carrier.

• Shipping times may vary during holidays, sales periods, severe weather, or high-volume carrier periods.
• Once an order has been shipped, transit times are managed by the carrier.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once orders have shipped.
