In fact, a recent survey showed that 83% of women feel that they are not the priority in pregnancy, and in our opinion, that’s just not right. Women go through as much (if not more) change and transition as their babies, so we created rumbly boxes to put the spotlight back on you.

Who is rumbly best suited for?

Any mom-to-be looking for a better pregnancy experience! Treat yourself, treat another expecting woman in your life or rally up your besties and try group gifting. 

And while we highly recommend subscribing to the seven-box monthly subscription experience, we do understand a subscription is not for everyone. Our standalone themed boxes are a popular option as well as they too target those specific moments in your journey when we know you need them most! 

Whatever you choose to go with, we’re ready to meet you with the experience you want and the support you need.

What is your Modern Mom-to-Be Box and when is the best time to order it?

Our highly popular Modern Mom-to-Be Box includes our absolute favorite selection of pregnancy musts + rumbly exclusives.

While all items in this box are intended for use throughout your whole pregnancy journey, we do think it is best to purchase this box during your first trimester, and up to about week 20, in order to maximize your enjoyment of each product included.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Absolutely! Our boxes are made from 100% recycled material, are easily recyclable, and are naturally biodegradable.

Shipping... on us! We currently offer FREE shipping to anywhere across North America.

When will I receive my box?

All first-time boxes will be processed and shipped within 2 days of completing your order.

All monthly subscriptions are shipped out on the 4th day of every new month; and you should expect to receive your box within 5 days after shipment, until your subscription period is over.

*Note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and time of year.

What should I expect to receive in each box?

Well if we told you, then it wouldn’t be a fun surprise! 😉

But what we can tell you is that every rumbly box is so much more than just a box of "stuff." Rumbly is an experience. An experience designed to shower YOU with the best and most thoughtfully curated products, timed for that specific moment in your pregnancy and postpartum journey when we know you need it most. 

Upon opening each rumbly box you will be greeted with a thoughtfully crafted letter, followed by 5-8 premium curated products, ranging from beauty to jewelry and mementos; to games, novelty items, books, clothes, stuff for your home, and other highly sought after rumbly exclusives!

Our focus is on celebrating and supporting you through every milestone along the way - including the good, the great, and ever so challenging ones.

Where are your products from?

Sourced from around the world - and from businesses we feel good about supporting - we put a lot (I mean, A LOT) of thought and testing into every product curated in every rumbly box.

Each item you receive must pass a rigorous testing and research process, so only those deemed high-quality (and which are safe for both you and your baby) ever get curated.

So you know, all items are:

Does everyone receive the same items each month?

Being a community driven company, one of rumbly’s missions involves listening to the needs and wants of our customers - first!

As your feedback comes in on our products we are constantly refreshing the collections in our boxes, and will continue to strive to include only the best and most innovative products sourced from around the globe. That said, we cannot guarantee that every subscription or gift box will always have the same items in it.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Oh no! — we’re so sorry that happened. Please send us an email, along with pictures of the damaged item so we can review the issue and get a replacement out to you as soon as possible.

Billing

When are your billing dates?

All monthly subscribers can expect to be billed on the 4th of every new month.

How do I update my payment or shipping information?

To make any changes to your profile, including shipping address or credit card information, please do so directly in your account page on our website.

I’d love to gift a rumbly box or monthly subscription. Can I do that?

We are honored! Rumbly boxes are among the most thoughtful gifts to any mom-to-be in your life.

Make sure you add a “Gift Note” in your cart during the checkout process and we’ll be sure to include a personal gift note in their first box, from you.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely! We understand life happens. You can cancel your subscription any time by signing into your Account Management page on our rumbly.co website. Alternatively, you can send us an email and we will be glad to help you.
