So, you’ve got that pink line and you are officially pregnant!  Congratulations!!! 

We are so excited to be here at the very beginning of your journey and just want you to know - it’s a helluva ride and we are here for it. 

The first three months are a little wild - on the outside, you’re the same, but that tiny little blueberry may already be doing a number on your body (i.e. “morning sickness” that can be 24/7, super tired, boobs that are killing you, etc.). 

And it’s not just the physical changes, you may be feeling a little conflicted about becoming a mom and what that’s going to mean for the rest of your life.  Let us shout it from the rooftops: that is TOTALLY fine!  You can love being pregnant, but also hate the morning sickness and again…TOTALLY FINE!

Whatever you’re feeling, acknowledge it. There’s no “right” way to be pregnant and even if you’ve done this before, you might find it’s a whole different story.
